Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since the item was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If the original order included free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund once approved.


Product Quality Issues (Proof Required)

If you believe your item has a product quality issue, defect, or shipping damage, please contact us before returning the item.

To ensure a fair and accurate resolution, customers are required to provide clear photos or videos showing the alleged issue.

  • Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed by our team as a product quality problem, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

  • Claims of quality issues without sufficient visual evidence may not qualify as a quality-related return.

This process helps protect both our customers and our business from misunderstandings or misuse of the return policy.


Non-Quality Related Returns

If you wish to return an item for reasons not related to product quality (including but not limited to personal preference, ordering the wrong item, or no longer needing the product):

  • The return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility

  • Items must be returned to our U.S. warehouse

  • Return shipping costs are generally affordable

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.


Return Review & Refund Processing

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

If you have not received your refund:

Sale & Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and non-refundable, unless a confirmed product quality issue is verified with supporting evidence.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only for items with confirmed defects or damage.
If approved, we will replace the item with the same product.

SHOP APP Orders

For purchases made through SHOP APP advertisements, promotional $25 SHOP CASH may be provided.

If an order is canceled or returned, the $25 SHOP CASH funded by us will be reclaimed in accordance with SHOP APP policies.
